Leaders are the catalyst for change in any organization. And organizations must begin to change the attitudes and direction of every individual to compete in today's marketplace.

This workshop initiates an educational process to improve the understanding and handling among Managers and all of their people. The long-range goal is to empower individuals with the skills and attitudes that foster leadership and mutual growth for the entire organization.

Culture Change For Leaders objectives are:

  • ASSESS where you are today
  • VISION where you want to be, in which growth and leadership are outcomes
  • PLAN to reach the Vision, including first steps
  • COMMIT to the attitudes and practices that lead to growth and leadership.

"CULTURE CHANGE FOR LEADERS!

Part One: The Game of Life
Once managers understand how to empower their people with a sense of interdependence, then they can "win as much as they can" for the entire organization!

Part Two: Culture, Interdependence, Camp
What is culture? How do we create a culture of interdependence? These questions begin to help managers understand where they currently are and begin to focus on where they want to be.

Part Three: ABCDE
How is information disseminated within the organization? Do managers understand how and why their people communicate with each other and with their customers? This module focuses on what happens when the communication barriers are broken, and how to fix them permanently.

Part Four: What is a "Vision of Excellence" for this organization?
Managers will brainstorm about what needs to happen on an everyday basis for the culture to change, and to take the organization into the future.

Part Five: Commitments
Each manager must focus and commit on actions that will make a significant difference to this organization. This module begins the process of change and renewed direction for the both the individual and the company.
